CRM Social Contribution (One Order, One Gift)

~ Support that connects a single bowl of ramen to the future ~

At Samurai Noodle, we value “Social Contribution” as much as we do “Omotenashi” (hospitality). Our goal is not a one-time large donation, but a sustainable system where every bowl of ramen served every day becomes a continuous act of support. We call this initiative “One Order, One Gift.”

A Donation System Created with Our Customers

At Samurai Noodle locations, we have installed donation buttons on our ticket machines, allowing customers to participate in giving of their own accord. Furthermore, 2 yen from every bowl of ramen sold is used to support educational activities in Cambodia.

NGO Pay it Forward and "MANABU Japanese Language School"

The support collected through donations is connected to activities such as soup kitchens at orphanages and facilities for people with disabilities, as well as educational support that encourages the independence of young people. “MANABU Japanese Language School” is a tuition-free Japanese language school operated by NGO Pay it Forward and authorized by the Cambodian Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport. In addition to the Japanese language, students learn Japanese moral education, culture, and business manners, with the goal of developing human resources who will serve as a “bridge between Japan and Cambodia” in the future.

Your "Daily Bowl" Becomes Support

Ramen is a meal for those doing their best today.
If that single bowl can lead to “learning opportunities” and “smiles” in a far-off place,
we want to create such a future together with our customers.

Feeding Program in Cambodia!

The first-ever ramen feeding program in Cambodia began with Noodle Master Shinbu Sakiya. Using the donations received from our customers through our ticket machines, we have delivered ramen to orphanages and schools over 60 times over the past 14 years.
In Cambodia, the staple food is rice noodles, known in Khmer as “Kuyteav.” The children have never had expensive ramen made from wheat flour.
Their usual meals consist only of a flat plate of rice and boiled leafy vegetables, and they rarely have the experience of eating until they are full. We continue our ramen feeding programs with the simple wish to fill these children’s stomachs.

This is a video of our inspection visit with Mr. Ishimoto from Doronzu, focused on the ramen scene in Cambodia and our preparations for opening a ramen school, as well as delivering miso ramen to an orphanage.
